AWS Remote Learning Courses

In order to facilitate effective home working for all APN Partners, AWS is currently offering its full range of business and technical training courses online. Each sessions is designed to help attendees learn new skills and/or advance existing knowledge across a range of key areas. To learn more about the sessions available and when they are taking place, please see below.

Registration and joining instructions:

The following instructions apply to all AWS training courses:

Registration

Attendees must have an active APN Partner Central account in order to register for training courses. If you do not have one already, set-up your APN Partner Central Training account here. For more information, please consult the AWS Partner Training Guide or contact the APN Support Team.

How to join a session:

  • Log into the AWS Training and Certification Portal
  • Click on My Transcript, click open on the right of the course title
  • Under the Virtual Classroom Detail, click Launch
  • After completing the steps above, the session should then open up in GoToTraining
  • Note that a unique URL is generated for each registered participant and that the URL cannot be shared

AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Day

For: Sales / Legal / Marketing / Business Analysts / Project Manages / IT Professionals
Dates: 23rd March, 25th May

Migrating to AWS

For: Executives / Business Managers / Sales Professionals
Dates: 8th April, 8th June

For: Sales Managers / Sales Directors / Account Managers / Marketing / BDMs
Dates: 14th April, 15th June

Foundations – Technical

For: Partner Sales / Solutions Engineers
Dates: 25th March, 27th May
This course introduces the basic skills needed to lead pre-sales, AWS technical engagements with customers. After gaining a deeper understanding of AWS services and AWS Solution Architect roles, you will apply AWS best-practices frameworks, techniques, and guidelines in a customer case study, assessing customer needs, capturing requirements, and translating those requirements into an AWS solutions.
